The first house sold in weeks; the second took a little longer, but still sold for very close to asking price in a really slow market. Kim took excellent care of us at every step in the process. She's professional, industrious, and just great at making sure all of the details have been considered. I might also add that I originally listed one of these houses with the same agent that sold it to me.
